What is a Preorder item?
A Pre-order item from KIKI is a product that has been selected and confirmed by the Brand and Member community, and is available for purchase before its official release date. Customers and Members can pre-order the item to secure their purchase and ensure that they receive the product as soon as it becomes available. The product will be shipped to customers once it is officially released, usually on or shortly after the release date. KIKI will alert customers ahead of time when they can expect to receive their purchase.
When will Preorder items be shipped?
KIKI only allows preorder purchases on items that will be produced. Our standard duration between preorder availability and shipment is 60 days. Based on supply chain variability, this date may change. KIKI will reach out to all customers should the anticipated wait time be more than 60 days. Once items are received at our shipping facility, customers will receive an email as well as upon shipment.
Can I cancel my preorder?

Will I be charged when I place my preorder or when the product ships?
