1. What’s one thing you look forward to doing every day?
Waking up to my dog, who is always full of energy and excited to start the day. He is a chihuahua mix — I rescued him five years ago, when he was one.

2. What gets you the most excited about the future of beauty?
People are beginning to question and confront oppressive beauty standards. There will always be pressure to look traditionally “beautiful” (whatever that means), but young people are beginning to experiment a lot more with things that bring them joy, like neon lipstick and fake piercings.
